Which laser cutters can use Houscaper's SVG files?
Houscaper exports standard SVG cut and engrave sheets sized in millimeters. They are meant for desktop laser cutters such as Glowforge and xTool, and similar machines that accept SVG from laser software.

What the SVG sheets contain
- A red CUT layer and a blue ENGRAVE layer
- Sheet dimensions in millimeters, matching the sheet size you chose
- A 50 mm check bar at the bottom left, so you can confirm the file imported at true size
Cutting order
Import the SVG into your laser software. Engrave first, then cut the interior holes, then cut the outer contours.
Settings stay with your machine
Power and speed depend on your laser and your material, so Houscaper does not set them. Run the fit coupon on a scrap of the same board first, and apply your tested kerf offset in your laser software.
